Associate Team Members are responsible for making our customers really happy. Since they are the primary point of customer contact, it is up to the Associate Team Member to create for our customers an excellent experience by providing fast, friendly, and efficient service and by delivering a quality and consistent product every time, in a clean and inviting environment.
Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers are responsible for leading a shift by managing and developing Associate Team Members to execute outstanding products, quality, and customer service, while building sales and controlling costs for each shift.

The District Manager is a recognized leader responsible for managing multiple restaurants and providing General Managers with the tools, coaching, and development necessary to achieve maximum performance to meet the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. This position is accountable for maximizing positive customer experiences, sales, and profits within assigned restaurants.
