Team Member

Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

Shift Lead

Shift Leaders are focused on delivering sales and positive results through Guest & operations coordination. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts by driving key performance outcomes.

Assistant General Manager

Assistant Managers (AM) are the operations leaders of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development and operations management. Assistant Managers support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in coordinating daily operations.

Restaurant General Manager

Restaurant General Managers (RGM) are the executive leaders of the restaurant focused on profitability, guests, people, and operations. General Managers have overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of the restaurant.

District Manager

The District Manager is a recognized leader responsible for managing multiple restaurants providing General Managers with the tools, coaching, and development necessary to achieve maximum performance to meet the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. This position is accountable for maximizing positive customer experiences, sales, and profits within assigned restaurants.
